  • In which countries is Suecos.co.nz available?

    We are currently shipping to New Zealand only. See Suecos.com for international orders.

  • Do you restock your products?

    If an item is out of stock, please contact us and we will inform you when it will be available again.

  • How can I make sure I ordered correctly?

    Once you’ve placed your order, you will get a confirmation e-mail from us. If you didn't receive this check your spam or junk mail or contact us.

  • Can I delete an item of my order?

    Yes. From your shopping cart you will be able to add or delete as many items as you want as long as the order hasn’t been processed.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order. If the order has already been confirmed, you will have to contact us.

  • What do I do if my order was incorrect?

    If in any occasion you receive a wrong or incorrect order, please get in touch with us.

  • What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

    Suecos.co.nz only sells items in perfect shape, but in the unlikely case that you receive a damaged item or packaging, please get in touch.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery throughout New Zealand.

  • How much are the shipping fees?

    Shipping or postage fees are $8 for standard delivery nation wide. $12.50 for rural delivery.

    Purchase 2 or more pairs and postage is FREE.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We currently offer the following methods of payment:

  • What if I order the wrong size?

    No problem. We have an unconditional 21 days returns policy. Just contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Pack it up and send it back for and exchange or refund - just make sure it's in the original packaging and condition.

  • What is the warranty on Suecos?

    At Suecos we guarantee everything we sell to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under our "Fair Claim" warranty for a period of 6 months. However in the unlikely event that something happens that shouldn't - let us know and we will sort it out. The warranty applies to products bought new from Suecos NZ and does not effect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

  • How long will my Suecos® last?

    The life span of footwear is directly linked to your work conditions and how well you take care of them. When your sole is flat and has no texture, it means it is time for new shoes.

  • How do I take care of my Suecos®?

    Every pair of footwear should be clean and dry at all times. For cleaning, hand wash them with warm water and soap, dry on open air or with a dry cloth. Do not expose to temperatures above 50ºC or place them near heat sources, they could get deformed and lose quality.

  • Can my Suecos® be sterilized?

    Yes, they can be sterilized using bleach.

  • Is the fit the same in all the Suecos® models?

    Our fit is true to size. Meaning that if you normally wear a size 37 EUR, you should order a size 37 here. We recommend when purchasing Nordic that you buy one size up due to the insole. Our material adapts to the feet after a few wears.

     

  • Will my feet sweat using Suecos®? Will they smell?

    Foot transpiration is something that occurs naturally, no matter what kind of shoe you’re wearing. As a hygiene measure, your feet should be washed thoroughly every day and you should wear socks and change them regularly. Our innovative X-Cell™ material of E.V.A. reduces considerably the appearance of bacteria and fungus that produce bad odor.

  • What are Suecos® made of?

    Our Suecos® are made of X-Cell™, a form of E.V.A. material, which is a kind of synthetic rubber that is latex-free. It is soft, waterproof, very light, flexible, antibacterial, shock-absorbent and it easily molds to the feet.

  • Can I get replacement Suecos® straps and buttons?

    Yes, we supply replacement buttons and straps free of charge. Please contact us.
